Description

A delightful dessert combining layers of chocolate, peanut butter, and Reese’s pieces for a sweet and nostalgic treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Reese’s pieces

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
  2. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it into a rectangle roughly 9 x 13 inches. Transfer to the fridge or freezer to harden.
  4. Mix creamy peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a bowl until well combined.
  5. Drop pieces of the peanut butter mixture all over the layer of chilled chocolate, then press into an even layer.
  6. Pour the remaining melted chocolate mixture on top, spreading to cover the peanut butter layer completely.
  7. Sprinkle Reese’s pieces candies on top, then transfer back to the fridge or freezer to set completely before breaking into pieces.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor. Feel free to get creative with toppings.
