Description

A delightful dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, graham cracker crust, and cherry pie filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • â…“ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling


Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a small mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Mix in sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  4. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and vanilla extract; stir well.
  5. Set 6 plastic punch cups on the counter.
  6. Scoop 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of each cup and press down.
  7. Add 3 tablespoons of cheesecake mixture to each cup and spread evenly.
  8. Distribute half of the cherry pie filling between the cups.
  9. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of graham cracker mixture over the cherry layer.
  10. Divide the remaining cheesecake mixture between the cups and spread it evenly.
  11. Top each cup with the remaining cherry pie filling and sprinkle with graham cracker mixture.
  12. Chill for up to 24 hours before serving.
