Description

Delicious bite-sized treats combining rich brownie, crunchy graham cracker crust, and fluffy marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of your favorite brownie mix
  • 8 mini graham cracker crusts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions or your preferred recipe.
  2. Place the graham cracker crusts on a large cookie sheet and fill each with the brownie batter. Remember to leave some space at the top!
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until the brownies are set.
  4. Remove the pies from the oven and generously top them with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the marshmallows begin to puff and turn golden brown.
  6. Let the mini s’mores pies cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle some crushed graham crackers on top or mix mini chocolate chips into the batter.
