Delicious bite-sized treats combining rich brownie, crunchy graham cracker crust, and fluffy marshmallows.
Ingredients
- 1 package of your favorite brownie mix
- 8 mini graham cracker crusts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions or your preferred recipe.
- Place the graham cracker crusts on a large cookie sheet and fill each with the brownie batter. Remember to leave some space at the top!
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until the brownies are set.
- Remove the pies from the oven and generously top them with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the marshmallows begin to puff and turn golden brown.
- Let the mini s’mores pies cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle some crushed graham crackers on top or mix mini chocolate chips into the batter.
