Description
Guilt-free brownies that are rich, chocolatey, and made with Greek yogurt for added moisture and protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour (or any flour of choice)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar substitute (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, almond flour, applesauce, honey (or substitute), vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool before cutting them into squares. Enjoy your guilt-free brownies!
