Description

Guilt-free brownies that are rich, chocolatey, and made with Greek yogurt for added moisture and protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (or any flour of choice)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar substitute (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, almond flour, applesauce, honey (or substitute), vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
