Instructions
- Combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, and cilantro in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to several hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
