Description

A vibrant dish of marinated grilled chicken infused with flavors of ginger, garlic, and lime, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Chicken (thighs or breasts work well)
  • Fresh ginger, minced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Lime juice
  • Fish sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Chili flakes (adjust for spiciness)

Instructions

  1. Combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, and cilantro in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to several hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve the grilled chicken in pho, rice bowls, or salads, and adjust heat with chili flakes if desired.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for checking doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
