Description

Crispy vegetable fritters made with grated zucchini and carrots, perfect for any meal or occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Oil, for frying


Instructions

  1. Combine the grated zucchinis and carrots in a bowl.
  2. Add the flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the vegetable mixture into the hot oil.
