Description

A rich and moist chocolate Bundt cake topped with a luscious frosting, inspired by a beloved family recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. Combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and buttermilk in a large mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped pecans if using.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
