Delicious gluten-free and dairy-free truffles combining creamy cheesecake and crunchy Golden Oreos, bursting with strawberry flavor.
Ingredients
- 30 Gluten-free Golden Oreos (1 12-ounce package)
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 3.5 ounces dairy-free cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 cups dairy-free white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pulse the gluten-free Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs.
- Set aside two tablespoons of the crumb mixture for later use.
- Add the dairy-free cream cheese cubes to the food processor and pulse until the mixture combines and forms a large ball.
- Scoop out about one tablespoon of the cookie mixture, shaping it into small balls.
- Place the formed balls onto a tray, ensuring they do not touch each other, and freeze until hard (30 minutes to 1 hour).
- Melt the dairy-free white chocolate chips and dip each frozen ball in the chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Decorate with drizzles of leftover chocolate and sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.
- Let the chocolate coating set before indulging.
