Description

Delicious gluten-free and dairy-free truffles combining creamy cheesecake and crunchy Golden Oreos, bursting with strawberry flavor.

Ingredients

  • 30 Gluten-free Golden Oreos (1 12-ounce package)
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 3.5 ounces dairy-free cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups dairy-free white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pulse the gluten-free Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs.
  2. Set aside two tablespoons of the crumb mixture for later use.
  3. Add the dairy-free cream cheese cubes to the food processor and pulse until the mixture combines and forms a large ball.
  4. Scoop out about one tablespoon of the cookie mixture, shaping it into small balls.
  5. Place the formed balls onto a tray, ensuring they do not touch each other, and freeze until hard (30 minutes to 1 hour).
  6. Melt the dairy-free white chocolate chips and dip each frozen ball in the chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Decorate with drizzles of leftover chocolate and sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.
  8. Let the chocolate coating set before indulging.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results. For variations, swap strawberries for other freeze-dried fruits.
