Instructions
- Prepare your surface by laying out parchment paper.
- If using marshmallow sheets, warm them gently in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Spread an even layer of chocolate spread across the entire sheet or tortilla.
- Generously sprinkle mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top of the chocolate.
- If desired, add any optional extras, like peanut butter or sprinkles.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll the sheet or tortilla like a sushi roll.
- Place the roll in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set.
- Use a serrated knife to slice the roll into 1-inch pieces, wiping the knife clean between slices for a neat finish.
