Description

Delicious no-bake energy bites that capture the essence of s’mores with a combination of oats, nut butter, chocolate, and graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in the mini chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  3. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls or bites.
  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to set.
  5. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Dampen your hands while forming the bites to prevent the mixture from sticking. Feel free to adjust the sweetness with more honey or sweetener as desired.
