- 2 to 3 pounds (900 to 1360 g) beef chuck roast, cut into large chunks
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 4 cups (960 ml) prepared mashed potatoes
- 6 to 8 slices prepared garlic toast
Instructions
- Place the chunks of beef chuck into a slow cooker with a 4-quart capacity.
- Evenly distribute the onion soup mix and brown gravy mix over the beef. Drizzle the red grape juice on top.
