Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pounds (900 to 1360 g) beef chuck roast, cut into large chunks
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 4 cups (960 ml) prepared mashed potatoes
  • 6 to 8 slices prepared garlic toast


Instructions

  1. Place the chunks of beef chuck into a slow cooker with a 4-quart capacity.
