Description

A delicious fusion of a juicy hamburger wrapped in crispy tortillas, filled with melted cheese and a zesty spicy mayo.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Shape into burger patties.
  2. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat until the desired doneness.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and hot sauce for the sauce.
  4. On one tortilla, sprinkle a layer of cheese, place the cooked burger patty on top, and pour some sauce over it.
  5. Top with the second tortilla and press down.
  6. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until the tortillas are golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
