No-bake peanut butter oat cups, perfect for snacking, meal prep, or a quick energy boost.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a muffin tin or silicone molds.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, then drizzle over the oat mixture.
- Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Remove from molds and enjoy your no-bake peanut butter oat cups!
Notes
Chill your molds ahead of time for quicker setting. Add chopped nuts or dried fruits for variation.
