Description

No-bake peanut butter oat cups, perfect for snacking, meal prep, or a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a muffin tin or silicone molds.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, then drizzle over the oat mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes or until set.
  5. Remove from molds and enjoy your no-bake peanut butter oat cups!

Notes

Chill your molds ahead of time for quicker setting. Add chopped nuts or dried fruits for variation.
