Description

Delicious Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars featuring a creamy peanut butter base topped with rich melted chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter (1 cup, melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups graham crackers (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray and set it aside.
  2. Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine melted butter, powdered sugar, 1 cup of peanut butter, and crushed graham crackers. Mix until well combined.
  3. Layer into the pan: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan to create the first layer.
  4. Melt the chocolate: In a small bowl, add the remaining 1/2 cup of peanut butter and chocolate chips. Microwave in 15-second intervals until fully melted.
  5. Finish the bars: Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and smooth it with a rubber spatula.
  6. Chill to set: Place the pan in the refrigerator for an hour to firm up.
  7. Cut and enjoy: Once set, cut into squares and enjoy your Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars!

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate chips and store in the refrigerator for freshness.
