Description

A creamy, cheesy artichoke dip that serves as a perfect appetizer for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the artichokes, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
