Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly shaved)
- 1 cup tomatoes (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add shaved Parmesan cheese, chopped tomatoes, and minced garlic over the asparagus.
