Description

Enjoy the nostalgic taste of warm, gooey one-bowl classic blondies, perfectly simple and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
