- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic, diced onion, and sliced ginger until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the pot, cooking until it turns lightly golden on the outside.
- Pour in the chicken broth, seasoning the mixture with salt, black pepper, and soy sauce if desired.
- Allow the soup to simmer for 8-10 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
- Add the bok choy stems to the pot and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Finally, incorporate the bok choy leaves and cook for 2 more minutes until wilted.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the soup and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or a sprinkle of chili flakes for added heat.
