Description

A delightful No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse Dessert featuring layers of creamy peanut butter mousse, buttery graham cracker crust, and silky chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill while preparing the mousse.
  2. Whisk together the peanut butter and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. Spread the peanut butter mousse over the chilled crust and return to the fridge to set for about 30 minutes.
  4. Heat the 1/2 cup heavy cream in a saucepan until just before boiling. Pour over the chocolate chips in a bowl and let sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the ganache over the chilled peanut butter mousse layer and spread evenly.
  6. Chill the dessert for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or overnight before serving.

Notes

Chilling overnight enhances the flavor and texture. Can add toppings like crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings before serving.
