Description

A rich and creamy No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
  • Extra Oreo cookies for topping


Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Top with extra Oreo cookies if desired, slice and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight and use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth texture.
