Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, dried cranberries, seeds)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, starting with oats and nut butter.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup, mix-ins, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well blended to form a sticky dough.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place onto a lined tray.
