Description

A rich and creamy no-bake dessert featuring layers of peanut butter mousse and chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9″x9″ pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat together peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  6. Spread the peanut butter mousse evenly over the crust in the pan.
  7. Microwave chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
  8. Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter mousse layer and spread evenly.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  10. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For added texture, sprinkle crushed nuts on top before refrigerating.
