Description

A tropical dessert combining smooth, creamy panna cotta with sweet mango puree, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • Fresh mango slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. Combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in mango puree until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mango slices.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality heavy cream and ripe mangoes. Experiment with different mango varieties for unique flavors.
