Description

Indulge in decadent loaded brownie cheesecake cups featuring a rich brownie base and a creamy cheesecake mousse, topped with chocolate ganache and caramel.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fudgy brownies, crumbled (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1½ cups cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • Chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + heavy cream)
  • Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Extra brownie crumbs


Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
  2. Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Prepare brownies if making from scratch, ensuring they cool completely before crumbling.
  4. Layer crumbled brownies at the bottom of dessert cups and press down gently.
  5. Dollop cheesecake mousse on top using a piping bag or spoon, smoothing out the surface.
  6. Drizzle chocolate ganache and caramel sauce over the mousse layer.
  7. Repeat the layers with more brownies and mousse, finishing with additional ganache and caramel.
  8. Sprinkle extra brownie crumbs on top and drizzle with more ganache and caramel.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
