Ingredients
- 2 cups fudgy brownies, crumbled (homemade or store-bought)
- 1½ cups cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- Chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + heavy cream)
- Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Extra brownie crumbs
Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Prepare brownies if making from scratch, ensuring they cool completely before crumbling.
- Layer crumbled brownies at the bottom of dessert cups and press down gently.
- Dollop cheesecake mousse on top using a piping bag or spoon, smoothing out the surface.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache and caramel sauce over the mousse layer.
- Repeat the layers with more brownies and mousse, finishing with additional ganache and caramel.
- Sprinkle extra brownie crumbs on top and drizzle with more ganache and caramel.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
