Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Mix together the melted butter and granulated sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring well.
- Combine the flour and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
