Description

A flavorful dish featuring succulent chicken marinated in a spicy and sweet Korean pepper paste, perfect for grilling or baking.

Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces (desired cut)
  • Gochujang
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey or sugar
  • Minced garlic
  • Minced ginger
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for more flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill or bake the marinated chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  5. Serve hot, optionally garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken overnight. Adjust Gochujang and honey to create your preferred balance of heat and sweetness.
