Description

Marinated chicken breasts in a flavorful soy sauce, garlic, and ginger blend, perfect for grilling or baking.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Steamed rice (for serving)
  • Steamed vegetables (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey (or brown sugar), sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, coating them well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side on the grill, or in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.

Notes

Marinate longer for a deeper flavor. Brush with sesame oil before serving for added flavor.
