Ingredients
- 1 cup pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into rectangles (about 3 inches by 4 inches).
- Place a few slices of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese on each rectangle.
