Ingredients
- 1 cup of protein powder
- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of brewed coffee
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine protein powder, almond butter, cocoa powder, and brewed coffee.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a dough-like consistency.
- Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
