Ingredients
- 1 pound steak (cubed)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by seasoning the cubed steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a crock pot, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned steak to the crock pot and stir to combine with the garlic butter.
- Cook on low for 240-360 minutes or high for 120-180 minutes until the beef is tender.
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use well-marbled steak and consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
