Description

Tender and flavorful garlic butter steak bites made in a crock pot for an easy yet impressive dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (cubed)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the cubed steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a crock pot, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the seasoned steak to the crock pot and stir to combine with the garlic butter.
  4. Cook on low for 240-360 minutes or high for 120-180 minutes until the beef is tender.
  5. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use well-marbled steak and consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
