Description

A refreshing dessert salad that combines tropical fruits with a creamy cheesecake mixture, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Add the pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, and raspberries to the bowl.
  4. Gently mix until the fruit is coated with the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Keep the mixing bowl cold for easier whipping of the toppings. For added texture, sprinkle toasted coconut on top before serving.
