  • – 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • – 1 red onion, sliced
  • – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • – 2 cups (380 g) cooked white rice
  • – 1 1/2 cups (225 g) corn
  • – 2 cups (140 g) chopped romaine lettuce
  • – 1 avocado
  • – 1 batch cilantro lime crema (recipe not provided)


Instructions

  1. Warm a large frying pan over medium heat.
