Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the asparagus and peel the carrots. Cut the carrots into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, toss the asparagus and carrots with olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until well coated.
