- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape freehand on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- If desired, brush with garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing to maintain juiciness.
Notes
Experiment with spices for a personalized flavor. Resting the meatloaf enhances texture, and doubling the recipe is great for leftovers.
