Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the unsalted butter.
- Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out slightly moist.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
