A delicious and simple dessert that combines chocolate cake and Oreo cookies for a delightful treat.
Ingredients
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup of butter, melted
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
- Whipped cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies and spread half of them in the bottom of your greased baking dish.
- Mix the cake mix, melted butter, milk, and eggs in a large bowl until well combined.
- Pour the cake batter over the Oreo layer, watching the delicious layers form.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving, and add whipped cream if desired.
