Description

A warm, hearty taco soup featuring ground venison, vibrant veggies, and bold spices, perfect for cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground venison in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
