A comforting and simple meatloaf recipe that combines ground beef and Stove Top stuffing for an easy and flavorful family meal.
Ingredients
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup (or more if you’d like)
- 1/2 cup water (or a little more if your beef is super lean)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a bread loaf pan.
- Mix together the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup in a large bowl.
- Fill the prepared pan with your mixture, using your hands to squish it down evenly.
- Top with the remaining ketchup and spread it over the top.
- Optionally, try BBQ sauce, chili sauce, or a combination for added flavor.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes (approximately 50 minutes in most ovens).
- Allow cooling for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, veggies, salad, or your favorite sides.
Notes
For a twist, consider adding unique seasonings, using sliced bacon on top, or creating meatloaf muffins for individual servings.
