Description

A comforting and simple meatloaf recipe that combines ground beef and Stove Top stuffing for an easy and flavorful family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (or more if you’d like)
  • 1/2 cup water (or a little more if your beef is super lean)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a bread loaf pan.
  2. Mix together the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup in a large bowl.
  3. Fill the prepared pan with your mixture, using your hands to squish it down evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining ketchup and spread it over the top.
  5. Optionally, try BBQ sauce, chili sauce, or a combination for added flavor.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes (approximately 50 minutes in most ovens).
  7. Allow cooling for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, veggies, salad, or your favorite sides.

Notes

For a twist, consider adding unique seasonings, using sliced bacon on top, or creating meatloaf muffins for individual servings.
