Description

A vibrant and flavorful Curry Fish dish made with tender fish fillets simmered in creamy coconut milk and homemade curry powder.


Ingredients

  • Fish fillets
  • Coconut milk
  • Homemade curry powder
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Spices: cumin, coriander, turmeric
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh herbs: cilantro or parsley


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Sauté chopped onions until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and spices, cooking for a few minutes.
  5. Add fish fillets and coat with the mixture.
