Description

A delightful blend of crispy chicken coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 lime (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables


Instructions

  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and crispy.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and stir until coated.
  5. Serve with cooked rice and your favorite vegetables. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and squeeze lime juice on top for added flavor.
