Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 lime (optional)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Set aside.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and crispy.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and stir until coated.
- Serve with cooked rice and your favorite vegetables. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and squeeze lime juice on top for added flavor.
