Description

A comforting and flavorful dish combining pasta, ground beef, and a creamy Rotel tomato sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a cheese of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
