Description

A comforting dish combining rotini pasta with ground beef, tangy Rotel tomatoes, and creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, cooking until browned and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the Rotel tomatoes and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined.
