Description

A delightful dessert featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Biscoff cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Biscoff cookies
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Biscoff cookie crumbs for topping


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a serving dish, layer Biscoff cookies, sliced bananas, and the pudding mixture.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
  5. Crush some Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them on top for garnish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, use fully ripe bananas and crush the cookies just before garnishing.
