A delightful dessert featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Biscoff cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 box Biscoff cookies
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Biscoff cookie crumbs for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a serving dish, layer Biscoff cookies, sliced bananas, and the pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
- Crush some Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For best results, use fully ripe bananas and crush the cookies just before garnishing.
