Description

A rich and comforting creamy beef pasta that brings warmth and flavor to family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 box rotini pasta (3-4 cups)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 diced white onion
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Fully cook the ground beef. Once fully cooked, drain any excess oil.
  2. Add the Cajun seasoning, diced onion, and minced garlic to the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes, or until the onions are soft.
  3. Stir in the red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste.
  4. Add the rotini pasta and beef broth to the mixture.
  5. Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 15-18 minutes until the pasta is soft.
  6. Remove the lid and add the heavy whipping cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For a spicier kick, increase the red pepper flakes. You can also substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
