Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces pasta shells
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the beef broth and bring to a boil to incorporate flavors.
- Add the pasta shells, cover, and let simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
