Delightful cookies & cream dessert cups featuring layers of creamy filling and crunchy chocolate cookie crumbs.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mini chocolate sandwich cookies (for topping)
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Layer the cookie crumbs at the bottom of dessert cups, followed by the cookies & cream cheesecake filling.
- Top with more cookie crumbs and a mini chocolate sandwich cookie.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill the dessert cups to set the layers properly.
