Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice balls
- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup tropical fruits (such as mango, jackfruit, or banana)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a pot, combine coconut milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the glutinous rice balls and tapioca pearls to the coconut milk. Cook until the rice balls are cooked through and the tapioca pearls are translucent.
- Stir in the tropical fruits and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm or chilled.
