Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice balls
  • 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup tropical fruits (such as mango, jackfruit, or banana)
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine coconut milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the glutinous rice balls and tapioca pearls to the coconut milk. Cook until the rice balls are cooked through and the tapioca pearls are translucent.
  3. Stir in the tropical fruits and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
