Warm and gooey cinnamon sugar blondies are a delightful treat that blend the sweetness of brown sugar with the warmth of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Mix the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add in the egg and vanilla, and stir until smooth.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle it over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
