Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
- Add the softened butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
