Description

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the softened butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
