Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Scoop out approximately 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and form clusters onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for 10 clusters total.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until the clusters are completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
- Melt the chocolate by microwaving chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate until thoroughly coated.
- Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
- Freeze again for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
Notes
For extra flavor, personalize your clusters with crushed nuts or shredded coconut. Use ripe strawberries for the best taste.
