Description

A delightful treat combining sweet strawberries and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  2. Scoop out approximately 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and form clusters onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for 10 clusters total.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until the clusters are completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Melt the chocolate by microwaving chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate until thoroughly coated.
  6. Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
  7. Freeze again for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Notes

For extra flavor, personalize your clusters with crushed nuts or shredded coconut. Use ripe strawberries for the best taste.
